We collect only information that you provide voluntarily when you contact us or engage our services. This includes your name, business name, email address, phone number, website URL, and any business context you share during discovery calls or campaign intake.

If you engage us for a campaign, we also receive and process the customer database you provide — typically names, phone numbers, email addresses, service histories, and scheduling data — for the sole purpose of delivering the campaign.

2. How we use it

Your information is used to:

• Respond to your inquiries and deliver contracted services
• Communicate with you about your project
• Send campaign reports and invoices
• Meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations under Albanian law

3. Who we share with

We use the following third-party service providers to deliver our services. Each operates under its own privacy policy:

• Google Workspace — email and document storage
• Quo (formerly OpenPhone) — US phone and SMS
• Synthflow — AI voice infrastructure (for campaigns)
• Make.com — campaign automation
• Payoneer and PayPal — payment processing
• Carrd — website hosting

We do not sell, license, or share your personal information or your customer data with any third party for any purpose outside of delivering the services you have engaged us for.

4. Data retention

Client and campaign data is retained for two years after the completion of services to meet Albanian tax and legal obligations, after which it is permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion — see Section 6.

5. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information: access-controlled cloud storage, encrypted email, strong authentication on all systems, and limited access on a need-to-know basis.

6. Your rights

You may, at any time, request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

Our website uses only essential cookies required for basic site functionality. We do not use advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies at this time.

8. International data transfers

Because we operate from Albania and serve clients in the United States, data may be transferred between jurisdictions. We only use service providers with appropriate data-protection safeguards in place.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email.
